“What’s going to happen? What does the global spread of the coronavirus mean for our future, our family, our health, income… and when will normal life resume?”
People are understandably worried and asking such questions. The sudden changes to our lives that have occurred in recent days and weeks may be dominating your mind right now.
The news updates certainly don’t help ease that uncertainty.
I would like to help you navigate through these tough times, especially if you would like to change your state of mind around this current chaos. It is possible to find the strength and certainty to feel OK and focus on solutions.
Learn to fight panic with wisdom. Eventually, this virus will be brought under control and people will eventually have stockpiled sufficient toilet rolls.
I hope you’re safe and healthy and have access to the resources that you and your loved ones need at this challenging time. Your inner strength is more important than ever, so you can stay strong for the people you cherish most.
