Is there anyone who would truly score 10 / 10 in every aspect of their life? We can always make changes to improve our lives and the lives of those around us. Yet, so often we don’t. We get stuck or comfortable and we stop growing, improving and contributing.
A useful starting point is to assess which area(s) of our life require the most attention.

Score each area of your life out of 10 for how happy you are in each area.
For example, if you are really struggling, that may be a low happiness score of 1, 2, 3 or 4. If you are truly content in one or more contexts of your life (family, career, physical health etc), your score will be closer to 10.
